Blaine Stanfield is an experienced Business Leader with extensive expertise within the Oil and Gas industry. He is skilled in identifying market opportunities and developing products that meet client needs.

Blaine has a strong track record of achieving outstanding results by developing and empowering teams. He has worked for several companies, including Halliburton and Baker Hughes.

At Halliburton, Blaine served as a liaison in Business Development for the GoM completion teams and oversaw accounts, provided solutions to well activities, and mentored junior drilling and completion engineers and junior product-line sales personnel. He also lead in sales by meeting goals of $12M annually and encompassing 80% of shop work and working in-house at Chevron. He also created innovative ways to retain and grow customer base by collaborating with sales teams and applying strategies to execute up-selling.
